Lamb Sandwich



    • 2 cuts 7-grain or entire wheat bread
    • Mayonnaise or unsalted spread
    • Barbecued Sheep
    • Mint jam
    • Watercress
    • New mint leaves
    • Romaine lettuce
    • Coarse salt and newly ground pepper


    ​​​​​​Stage 1
    Spread mayonnaise or margarine on 1 cut of bread. Top with sheep, mint jam, watercress, mint leaves, and lettuce; season with salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise on leftover cut of bread and put on top of mint passes on to frame a sandwich. Serve right away.
