Coconut Bread



    • 1 1/2 cups regular baking flour
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 enormous egg, gently beaten
    • 1 teaspoon unadulterated vanilla concentrate
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup dried unsweetened chipped coconut



    Stage 1
    Preheat broiler to 350 degrees. Oil a 8 1/2-by-4 1/2-inch portion skillet or two 6-by-2-by-2-inch portion dish. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in an enormous bowl; mix in egg and vanilla. Add milk and coconut; mix until joined. Move player to lubed dish. Heat until focus springs back when contacted, 45 to an hour. Give cool access dish 5 minutes. Turn out onto a rack to cool totally; cut bread.
