Classic Sloppy Joes

    • 1 tablespoon canola oil
    • 1 medium onion, finely hacked
    • 1/2 green chime pepper, finely hacked
    • 1 celery stem, finely hacked
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Coarse salt and ground pepper
    • 1 pound ground meat
    • 1 can (15 ounces) pureed tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 4 burger buns, split and toasted

    Stage 1
In an enormous skillet, heat oil over medium-high intensity. Add onion, ringer pepper, celery, and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Cook, blending habitually, until vegetables are relaxed, 5 to 7 minutes.

    Stage 2
Add ground hamburger to skillet. Cook, separating meat with a wooden spoon, until it is at this point not pink, 6 to 8 minutes.

    Stage 3
Mix pureed tomatoes, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce into hamburger combination in skillet. Stew until thickened, blending at times, 6 to 8 minutes.

    Stage 4
Season the blend with more salt and pepper, as wanted. Spoon onto buns, and serve right away.
